Hello,
I was banned for being idle the only time I have ever even been kicked for being idle except for in spec mode so if there is anything you could do thanks in advance.

If there is a log of being idle if you go into spectator mode and don't sit there and type or hit keys and are just specing it kicks you so if it shows me being kicked for akf thats the case here!

The admin that banned you is offline, once I get a response from them I'll let you know (probably not until tomorrow sometime).

He just trying to get some word on the ban being lifted. I am still puzzled never being warned before or anything and get a permanent ban for idle the rules state different just trying to get an answer there shouldn't be too much that has to be checked on in this case!

it is not like you do not idle offten. in anycase i am sure that paint or zombie will be taking care of it. guess you just got an eye opener.

Kana in response to you statement I might idle sometime but not often it you look at my level 236 and the time I have been playing on this server it speaks for itself that being said I have a wife the 3 kids so I do get caught up in a lot of things sometimes and might forget that I was playing that being said in spec mode there is a idle kick function something could and should be in place for in game mode as well. All that said I will sit tight but I personally think it overkill and nonsense that I am still banned.

Most bans are for a week. Every time you get banned you get the "Permanent Ban" message, regardless of how long. Like Zombie said we just have to ask Maria something so we can take care of this. Sorry for any inconvenience.

week long bans huh I was banned last night for idling another player was banned last night for what reason I don't know but I am told bans are for a week and to sit tight well I look at favorites list and what do you know the other player banned last night is having fun playing right now the next day that is (just food for thought)

Please don't be offended at all. Nard's situation was completely different than yours due to the fact that info surrounding his ban was unobtainable so we only banned him for 24 hours on a violation which we had proof of. In your case the admin who banned you hasn't been available for us to question which is why you are still waiting.
