ditto that on both counts ...

main pain i think would be making sure everyone on the right teams has the correct color preset in their UT setup. Then, if the game lets them in... or can admins designate who goes on which team @ their end?

Yeah, beast coordination of teams would definately have to be done before hand. But as when we play and teams are uneven, usually someone will quickly do a "change teams". But teams could be designated ahead of time and you change your setting either before coming in or after you enter the server EX: red team: beast knave, maylay, bowls, ortega / blue team: zombie, hwsb, corvey, wrath, mainstrain - you just come in the server with the team color you were designated before hand.

Can the server be set to not start until everyone clicks in? I am referring back to my days of playing clan DOM matches when you waited until everyone got in the server, got on the right team and clicked in. Usually a couple of captains didn't click until all was set then 4, 3, 2, 1, go. Just some thoughts. We have had some really close and competitive games lately and not the usual demolition derby that can occur.
