UT 20% Wont work

There is a patch for that. I'm not at home so I can't get you the website. But I know I've seen that error. Its a driver issue and all you need to do is update the hotfix.

can't install DX10 on xp. I'll try those links.

EDIT both links didn't work .. something like my processor didn't work ... wtf

DirectX10 is a Vista item right now........if you run XP, it's DirectX9c.

i have windows XP home edition with a i think its a 7600 nvidia card to lazy to look

1.5 gigs of ramm 3500+amd processor (my dual core will be here in bout 3 days from newegg $69.98)

the only thing that i cannot get to work at this point in time in UT3 is the intro movie

it will play the first 10 seconds then my comp freezes up
if I skip the intro movie the game works fine

My other BIG gripe wit UT3 is

WARZONE MODE
I was under the underastanding that this was a new type of gameplay

Well I bought UT3 and I feel violated now

Warzone mode is "ONSLAUGHT" they jus changed the name and said "Look a new gametype" (those bas-tards)

Heheh. I said that months ago. But ooh! They added hoverboards! That should make up for it.

I edited my ini file to not play the intro movies. There's a section where they "play", and where they are "skippable". Mine wasn't allowing me to skip, so I just ook 'em out.

Were is mods for UT3

Quick detail on what it includes:

This mutator allows you to tune many aspects of UT3 like weapon switching speed,
fire rate of weapons, walking speed, extra starting health, health regeneration,
extra high jumping, dodge jumping, max ammo, ammo regeneration and
starting the game with all weapons.

Everything is fully configurable so you can choose which settings you want to use.

Every setting has been tested to work with dedicated servers

shoulda got a PS3

well any how seems they got the pc patched up for supporting porting of maps/ mods to the PS3 now < hint hint ..

any how...the game runs smoooth and no lag < that ive had yet > only 16 players though ( 4 on campian servers )
i tend to bs about with the campain online... havnt done much CTF or Death matches yet.
not completly thrilled about the story.. < spoiler Malcomn is a sell out BIATCH > but other than that it a quality title.
the hover boards are a nice touch as well as the juggernuaght power up.
the goliath tank is still too damn slow to be of much use in any game mode.
and atleast on the PS3 the flack spam is at a minimum<sp?>, but the rockets seem to have been jacked up beyond the old UT dmg.
