You need to post your system specs......
Here's a rather simple / ballpark test to see where your system is.......

I have a 11.09 on MY upstairs wirelessly connected computer.
Pentium D
1gb Ram
Nvidia Geforce 6800 XT 256mb
I guess default speed hard drive (7200 rpm)
----------------------------------------------------
My Dad's downstairs computer (which I am mostly on) has a 11.11
Pentium 4 (2 ghz) it only gave me 3 ghz so my score is lower than 11.11
768mb ram (1 gb for this pc costs $500...)
Nvidia Geforce 7600 GT 512mb
Standard 7200 rpm hard drive
