Doc jailed after havin ... with a patient

A Doc rests in jail, after he had s3x with one of his patients.
Completely irritated he asked himself what wrong thing he has done. He
lost all his profession ethics, he lost wife and friends...

Suddenly out of nowhere a little devil appears on his left
shoulder and says: "What do you care about, do you know how
many docs have s3x with patients??? Do you think you are the
only one?"

Docs mad lookin face switches to happiness. "You are right!" he
said. "Basically i dont have done anything bad!"

Suddenly a little angel appears on his right shoulder, lookin
