DM-(INV)Rock-Paper-Scissors fixed

Ran across this one the other night and about every other wave a monster would spawn under the central ramp which made it difficult to finish the wave(we actually had to vote out on wave20 when a Pred spawned under it)

So I ripped it out of my cache, removed the static mesh ramp and replaced it with BSP. Also tweaked the spawns/pathnodes to sit a little better
Filesize is about 30KB larger, but I think players would take that over trying to get a monster out of that mesh
