Kicked from BAD COMPANY KARKAND I/0 HIGH POINTS

I was kicked from a Bad Company BF2 server this morning with the following message:
PunkBuster kicked player '=SG= The_Man_13' (for 1 minute) ...
KICKING!!! =SG= The_Man_13 go to another server with yer
210,000 sniper kills" ""[Admin Decision]

The admin was (BAD) -=ToD=-PEG@SUS.
What does that mean anyways?!? Experieced and/or highly ranked players are not welcome
Regardless, that was my first and last visit to a Bad Company server!

I put in a website application at
http://www.bad-company.us/ the morning this occured and three days later I received the following message from
webmaster@bad-company.us:

THANKS FOR SIGNING UP ON THE SITE WE DONT ALLOW censored SPAMMING FAGGOT HACKER FAKE 4 STAR LITTLE QUEERS. KEEP UP YOUR LITTLE GERBIL SPAMMING NOBODY LOOKS AT GAMETRACKER ANY YOU censored UP censored SUCKER. THANKS FOR YOUR IP ADRESS BY THE WAY IT WILL COME TO GOOD USE FOR TRACKING YOU. FAGGOT.
Am I correct that this is a clear violation of EA's Rules of Engagement (ROE)? Where might I file a complaint?

I hear ya Zombie, but this clans violations of ROE and ROC along with the admin abuse of players is an embarassment to the gaming community in general. They by no means should they be running any game server!

Nah don't worry about it.
Have you been banned from any other servers yet? Because after like five years of playing my CD key is damn near useless because of all the bans for stupid stuff like teaming up with clanmembers to go after the admin with only knives.
Although it was hella fun I have to admit.
There's quite a few bunnyhopping bans in there as well.

I hear ya guys, it looks like this is nothing new them.
Athough, EA is still selling Battlefield 2 and it is only rated "Teen". You'd think it would be in EA's best interest to delist these servers administered with such disrespect to the Rules of Engagement (ROE), Rules of Conduct (ROC) and its customers/players in general.
