Getting Started in Map Development?

I've been playin Monster Madness for a while now. There is many cool maps to choose from in this game and I wanted to kno how can i go about creating my own map? Where do I have to go to download the creator and where can i go to learn more about creating maps. I wuld like 2 start creating my own maps for monster madness so please tell me what i need 2 kno. <PrymeTyme>

The "creater" is actually a part of UT and can be found in your system folder as UED3.0.exe (I think it has the 3.0 on it but I just click my shortcut) but anyway, open that puppy up (the Uneal Editor) and get acquainted with the buttons, your different views (front, side, topdown, in game). I would start with an indoor map before maybe jumping into some large with terrain. I am more than willing to give you some pointers, answer questions, test you map, etc. If you want to look a few maps I have posted up online - search for GroundZero over at the Unreal Playground website.....I think some of them date back to 2002 and not all are great by any means but you can see if you think I can help you by what i have made.
I have released 3 other Invasion maps made specifically for another invasion server but they weren't the best maps but they serve the purpose the server wanted. Just let me know and I will make some time to help you.
