Can't dl patch
First the download would go super fast. Like it would take 3 seconds to download. Then it would start again and it would go up to 200% without even ending the download. ?????

Patch problem
When I download the weapons_pack v113 it installs quickly. Then a different file like the textures for the pack or something like installs it it takes so long to download. So I left my UT running and after 10 minutes it says 101.2%? Something odd here?
