Not really. If I linked something and talked off topic it would be spamming. Also, unless I'm the next generation spam bot, I haven't actually seen a spam bot that can not only stay on topic in an existing post but also reply to someone who acknowledged it... :-P

I'm sure you guys take a somewhat similar approach except for one thing but I completely eliminated spam on my forum by 2 things. 1. I modded my forum so that trying to register with the first listed language in the forum returns "Unknown Error". This took my forum from about 25 registrations a day ...

Just want to post the links to the legit sites so you don't end up getting scammed or tricked into downloading a similar named program that ends up being a virus/spyware of its own.

On that guide that's linked, you must specifically bind unloadweapon to a key and use the key. It won't work if just typed in the console. How to do it is explained in the guide.

although I agree from a security standpoint, do we really have the problems that AntiTCC will solve? Or at least to a level that warrants it being installed? AntiTCC is horribly laggy within itself and we need the server to run as smooth as possible.

Ohh boy I remember the elf bot. Back when UT99 servers had "CSHP" or whatever it was called as an anti cheat measure, that bot blew it to shreds and was unstoppable unless you banned the people, that is until UT PURE came out. Its always the same info thats sent back and fourth. If you're on for a while and suddenly it gets glitchy, it could be your computer and not your connection. Not sure what you run on so I can't say for sure. Ping limiters don't do anything but keep those who have high pings out eliminating those wh...
