A story of patience. In order to get the eventually game-winning Combat Shotgun of Power +9, I went through 5 weapon summons. Every single one except the Shotty gave me Frag Grenades...GRRRR. But I pulled through and got to level 181 in the process! (I'm starting to think I'm not on the same level system as everyone else...)
