Pyhsicial Warfare Pack - realistic physical attributes for weapons. Such as bi-pods, flash suppressors, early access to dao-12 shotgun/ Felchette round.
Battlelog - Ui elements, pc hub, work/chat with friends, create platoons (like clans)/ clan leaderboards, stats tracking. real time, feed with friends achievements, join friends in battle.
Achievements - pins, insignias, awards.
Ranks and Dogtags
Medic packs, and defib confirmed
Ammo packs confirmed
UAV
Bullet Drop
Spotting enemies

Singleplayer will show the same elements as multiplayer.
Singleplayer is their to help the player learn the skills for multiplayer.

No commander but UAV can be used just like in BC2.
Anti Cheat features (no details yet)
Dedicated Servers

Back to Karkand expansion that is inlcluded in the limited edition, will be released after the initial release of Battlefield 3.
Suppression Points to support class, when suppressing the enemies in multiplayer.
Squads of 4 in multiplayer, spawn on players, and squad bonuses (spotting, healing, giving ammo to each other gives points)
VOIP switch between your squad and possibly your whole team.

I like how you can customize your scopes and stuff like that, hopefully it isn't like bad company though.

So they appear to have the same BC2 style point system which can be ok if it takes a LONG time to rank like in BF2. There is regenerative health which freaking sucks. But apparently you don't regenerate health while you are being suppressed by fire (which is better than nothing). The demo videos were a little grainy but they appeared to be cool. Fighting in an urban environment was different. The fact that they merge assault and medic together is an interesting idea. I am curious to see how it plays out. However its good that the medic is NOT the support guy anymore. I couldn't really tell because of the video but the graphics appeared to be looking great. Overall I am still impressed. I just hope regeneration is more balanced than it was in BC2.
