We all get annoyed at one point or another but game play always goes much more smoothly and is more enjoyable if all players treat each other with some lvl of respect. If you had a choice, would you rather play on the 24hr 7days a week drama server, or the server that is drama free? I know which one I'd pick \:D/
The responsibility for players knowing the basic rules and guidelines of the server doesn't fall upon administrators, but rather the players themselves. If you're unsure of the rules, review them again, if you have questions or confusion about them, ask for clarification before breaking them.
If you're ever in doubt about what is acceptable behavior, just think to yourself..."how would I feel or react if someone spoke to, or treated me like that?" :-k
If you're typing or saying "You mother F'ing A'hole Fa**ot" (something I seem to hear alot of in voice chat :roll: )to another player, just think to yourself..."how would I feel or react if someone was directing that at me?" :-k I'd venture to say, you'd be a bit upset by it. Regardless of whether or not it's a player or an admin, there should be some lvl of courtesy and respect. Because, believe it or not, being an admin isn't all peaches and cream!! and most of us would rather enjoy ourselves instead of dealing with drama issues.
If you feel pissed off or annoyed all to hell, you have the option of whether or not to type or speak a derogatory/bitchy/pissy statement.
Believe it or not, there is a way to make your view/opinion known without putting people on the defensive or being offensive. Screaming, yelling, insulting, offensive or disrespectful statements do nothing for a point of view other than to make people non receptive to anything you have to say. If it were me in Paint's position, and during the discussion they said "F U"....yah...I'd kick em or ban em, cause there is no need for that. If you have a serious bitch/gripe/complaint about the server/game/players/admins, then vent your issues and frustrations on the forums....that's what they're here for.....discussing issues
