understand rule, dont have problem with people enforcing it...but the ironic thing is that high level players rarely get kicked/banned for this. i see people that have been playing on the server for a long time (due to their level) spam zounds in the presence of admins, and nothing gets said or done. my problem with the rule(s) of this server are that they only seem (for the most part) to exist to people that are new which just isnt fair. i know axe got banned for a while for what he did, but i was witness to an admin abusing his power as admin, banning someone for something that wasnt even a bannable offense, made a post about it...and it never got resolved. BTW the player that was banned was NEW to the server. it wasnt like AXE who got banned and then hes back in with admin powers re-instated. (nothing against you personally AXE)

I can agree but I can also say that Axe takes no sides on any matter. If you piss him off whoever you are he will kick you if you keep doing what he says not to do. PPK will piss him off in wave one. He will warn you not to play it later and if you do, warn you again. Then your gone. All is far on that fact of warnings and also everyone should know. New or NOT! It was one map and not a ban. Not that bad since he could of been removed the next map i.m.o. Lets not just jump back on this BAN thing when he was simple REMOVED for the match. Amy gave the map and reason's. If another Admin like Zombie, CJ, or Joey himself wanted a answer then they will ask AXE and leave it at that. No reason for them to tell everyone just because we like Drama or are noisy.

my example of a newbie being banned wasnt by axe or over zounds...just for clarification. it was an example that i seriously believe that rules on this server are enforced on a very biased standard (not necessarily by AXE). to me if you make the rules, EVERYONE should follow. i have seen it first hand (abuse of admin status and not kicking people that blatently break the rules due to who they are) and i think it is rediculous.

Bringing up claims of abuse is a sketchy thing to do. Most people would ask for proof of the abuse before they accept it. Also, if you do have a problem, PM it to Joey or CJ, don't post about it.

As for not kicking people who break the rules just on friendship, same reasoning. Proof first, Drama later.

first, i did make a thread about it and NOT ONE admin contacted me about it until i mentioned it TWICE. second, i am not looking for resolution on that topic. using it as an example. read the post for what it says. not what you think it means. third, i dont believe that i am making claims...so dont make claims that someone is making claims...also known as butt out
