Hey joeyz, its megabyte, been a couple of years, yea alot happened, I finished high school, got married and ect. But I finally got time to come bak to the server awhile back, and as of about 10 minutes ago some dude named axe and me got into this arguement, and he banned me just to show how much "control" he has. Now I understand that U have rules and I am expected to follow them, and ect, but I'm sure that banning some1 due to personal reason isn't 1 of em. I like all unreal players, but when a discussion comes up, and I throw my chip in, i don't see why he has to get all pissed off; especially when I was helping him among other ppl get pu's. So...Yea...Please explain?
Btw, I'm still one hell of a cool customer... 8)

AXE has kicked me from a game once long ago for taking PU's he said that were "his", which in this case, I took nothing..

Official rules state that ALL PU's, despite who made the kill or not are all free-for-all.

Yeah, this is pretty much par for the course for Axe, but not all admins. Get used to it...

He's kicked me for supposedly doing "cheating like" behaviours, but chuckie backed me up in saying that suiciding wasn't illegal. That and he cost 15 players (and another banning because he went nuts after that) when I was last alive and supposedly "ping hacking" but when it was my shitty on board graphics card laggin' like hell.

Obviously alot changed in the 3 or so years that I disappeared, this server used to be the #1. Now there is alot that I have to catch up on, so let me just ask, is there a history of this axe person screwing people over? Or am I just missing the mark? Anyway I need to get involved with the server development comittee or watever it is now, so I can be a part of UT server history. Where is the signup sheet? 8)

No, I've read most of it, but I'm just worried about the fact that an abusive admin is playing the game. And I'm also concerned about how many innocent people might have been trying to pick up the game when they were banned by this guy... To me, a business man, thats lost revenue, and this would be unacceptable, and I would use every resource possible to end it. My idea is even though I was banned for watever reason, and I might 1 day return, but I hope that joeyz will think about this real hard: someone else who could contribute to his cause might one day, join in the fray, but then to be banished from the server, and lose all their goodwill; It's a crime, thats stealing from each and every1 of you, and I think you can all see it.
