Lost entire CD-KEY file. Have plenty of backups but just not this file probably for security reasons. So sad.

Just in case, don't forget to add what your in game name was that you were using. Makes it easier for him to verify and make the changes.

That's soo kind and polite of you to even offer the refund in case I change my mind.
I've been playing a lot on the server and it's been real fun. The $10 is absolutely deserved.
