I created a 29 story refining facility. It has 3 garages for air dinos. The next floor down has a bunch of refining forges. The floor underneath that has a bunch of smithys. So bring your own spark powder and other raw resources and use the facility at your leisure.
I created the refining facility because this game isn't titled "ARK: Crafting Evolved". At some point we want to get guns and plenty of them to kill dinos. Having a facility like this at the most resources rich site makes that possible.
