I don't "Harass" you border. You started the whole drama with me by calling me a spammer and that I was sticking my nose into it. In fact, that was Ortega who said that, and you waded in with him afterwards.

Sorry to see that there seems to be some issues.
I am not sure what the problem is but please do help to resolve in a productive way.

First, I thank you for posting in a different area of the forum and not bother all the other players with this session.

Border, I really don't think any admin dislikes you. In my heart, I believe that if you were disliked, you would not be here today. I know at situations you probably see more than an admin does. I cannot say that admins see everything, clearly and always make the right decisions. I try to ensure that our admins are fair, impartial, mature, unbiased, and trust them to make honest and fair decisions. If catch them keep making bad decisions, I have no choice but to suspend their priveledges. Remember, this is not a clan sided server. Its a public server and all people (players and admins) are treated equally as possible regardless of race, sex, age, culture or relgion. Admins hate dont or dislike players; they sometimes dislike what players do.

As for admins, this is probably one of the most flexible servers online. I think everyone here knows that I don't tolerate continiuos misconduct by players or admins. However, if players or admins continue to violate rules, they get penalized. I have penalized both players and admins in the past. It doesnt matter if it is a soccer game or an online game, we must have rules. Nothing personal about the process. After penalty, all is forgiven, forgotten and return to game play. We are humans and sometimes make poor judgements that need corrected. Its a learning process which is a part of life.

If players can't get along, ignore each other and avoid conflict. If there is any unfair treatment by admins then let me know and I will investigate and take any nescessary action. Remember, my job is to keep the server up, enforce rules, be fair and impartial and try to make it fun and unreal. Nothing more and nothing less.

The game is here to harrass monsters that harrass you. Don't harrass each other or you will get penalized and removed from server. Forum is provided for you guys to further interact with game and each other. Forum should be clean as possible and used in a productive matter. Any topics posted in forum for pure reasons of personal attacks or game disruption will just be removed/deleted.

As for Border 2 comments about TWAT. I believe Border was just trying to support and defend server from a situation/conflict we had a while back ago. I thank Border for defending server. Border's comments or how anyone who feels negative about the TWAT clan may have their own experiences. But to clear the air a little bit, I don't dis the clan after I had the chance to calm down and regroup myself. At that time when the TWAT clan was here playing on our server, we had a few incidents. These incidents took over my emotions. Its a long story. We had an admin defecting for TWAT members and we had a TWAT clan member literally clone my server to promote his server with intent to sale online gaming. There are servers out there who sell abilities and slots in which I am against to. Since then, I suspended one admin because of too many complaints and dis-allowed and use of TWAT clan tags on the server. What many people don't know is that I neever had any issues with TWAT members. In fact, we had an excellent relationship with TWAT. I use to talk to the TWAT clan leader "DOC HOLIDAY" all the time. Our relationship was good to where we had discussions to help them with setting up their server with WOP Invasion. I don't mind if they have WOP. There are so many players out there and not enough WOP servers. I just wanted them to have a version that was robust enough to run right for them so it was going to take some time. I didnt want them to have a version with so many bugs and began to fix code. At that time, a TWAT member named GayTor decided to take matters into his own hands and cloned my entire server. Anyways, because of the above situation, relatioship went down hill between TWAT and the server. After awhile, things cooled down after I was advised that GayTor is no longer a TWAT member. I miss Doc, he was a good person and hope he is doing well. Despite of the conflicts that happened and a better understanding of what happened, I opened communications a few months after the incidents. Doc Holiday wasn't directly responsible and advised his members to be peaceful and so did I to the people on the server. I have opened the doors again to members of their clan. The only thing I ask was not to advertise or use TWAT clan tags on the names because many players felt that they were grouping up to over vote maps against players and get preferences by the admin which was suspended. As you may or may not know or believe, I have nothing against TWAT. In fact, I made one of them an admin. He has been admin for months now. There are even 4 to 6 members that play here again. I have nothing against clans. You just dont see their tags and advertisements to avoid any conflicts with other players or server.

Recently I made AnneBeaver an admin. Sure, she has her own server and clan tag, so what. They key here is good conduct, fairness, impartial, good judgement, matureness and game server knowledge. Admins must seperate personal feelings against a player to be a good admin. Sometimes you must take the hard right versus the easy wrong regardless if your friend screwed up or your part of that clan or not.

Some of you may know Axe. He truly is a good person and friend. Sometimes he gets excited and made some wrong decisions. Well it was hard and I had no choice but to suspend his admin priveledges. After cool off period he will be back as admin. So dont dis-respect him. In fact, don't get too personal with anyone. I may suprise you as a I suprise my soldiers in the army. I periodically suprise soldiers at work by announcing Private Jones etc, is going to be a Squad Leader for 1 x week and pin Sergeant stripes on him. He officially plays that role all week. All the other soldiers who treated him like crap all were shocked and said, "OH SHIT!" Be careful, I may do that on the server. I am thinking of using my First Sergeant experience and randomly pick players to become junior admins each week. Could be MasterOfNone, could be Border, could be SirBeast, could be Nard, could be Cadium, could be any regular on server. Of course there will be more expected of the junior admin as if he mis-uses admin privelegdes anytime during that week, then he/she is banned for a week as a penalty, heh heh heh. If you dis-respect and the junior admin and he bans you for his week, well thats on you. If you are junior admin and you accepted and dont do your job and get banned for your admin week, well thats on you, Is it not fair to do so? So whats the purpose? The incentive will teach everyone what it is like to be a game server admin, server responsibility, but most of all how to respect each other and have fun without drama. YOU CAN have fun without drama It teaches admins to work players and admins to work with admins.

Don't get me wrong about all this guys, I ust want to see everything run smooth in which for the most part, it can. This is your community, build it and dont destroy it. There are alot of cool things coming up that are in the works. Another server and another UT3 server. This next server patch for UT2k4 has the Battle Field 2 Mod merged into it. Your gonna love it. The last thing you want to do is destroy your character here. Work together, be friends and be happy.

Imagine this, you were playing the game and you started a personal attack on player and he sub-merges out of the depth like a nuclear sub and... logs in as admin! "OH SHIT!", says the player. KABOOM! owned,
