tastes of nVidia

Post by Quester115 » Sun Aug 10, 2008 8:52 pm

well, stumbled upon some news info on the next big set of drivers that will make us nVidia owners smile. (and a bit wider if you have an SLI rig)

from what I've skimmed over I I'm looking forward to:
multi monitor support in SLI
mixed GPU SLI (not too sure on what compatibilities just yet)
and PhysX on the GPU

and I see that it has paid off waiting on that physics card, as it might be fully implemented via CUDA. I will still have to wait for all the benchmarks to come in, but it definitely looks hopeful.

heres the articles I've dug up:

http://arstechnica.com/journals/hardwar ... ig-bang-ii

discuss...

should've done that a long time ago. I used multi screens before on my test comp.
