A girl in a thong, bathing suit, bra and panties, or any variation is not explicit. For christ's sake they show more on network television! You can see full blown butts and all breasts except the nipple, but I didn't even carry it that far. If this is explicit, don't ever go to a resteraunt called Hooters!
I actually went to hooters back in march for deathbringers birthday. They have great wings.

About the myspace thing. Yes they dont allow any sexual explicit material, neither do we. The only difference however is that upon registration on myspace it says:

"Your profile may be deleted and your Membership may be terminated without warning, if we believe that you are under 14 years of age." - source: http://www.myspace.com/Modules/Common/P ... tions.aspx

When registering for the forum it asks if you are over or exactly 13, or under 13. So since I administrate the forum I get all the information from COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) - source: http://www.coppa.org/coppa.htm

Now your example of myspace is useless because there are kids that use this forum ie: cobaltblade, SSBN, leet sniper... that are under 14 and therefore not suitable to use myspace. So all content from myspace they shouldnt be able to access. Pretty much if its not or is suitable for myspace, its not suitable for here because these kids are under 14.

So with that out of the way all I ask is that you and everyone else comply with the rules you agreed to, or face the consequences.

Thank you.

Not bad Paint, good way to point things out. But I think I can do a tad bit better.

Yes this forum is intending in all ages and therefore you are NOT permitted with anything thats explict. I know this specifically because I am an forum adminstrator on a forum that has 450+ members.

Now I looked this up on three separate sites on what sextual explicit is and I this exact definition twice from the three.
Explicit - having sexual acts or nudity clearly depicted: explicit movies; explicit books.

Having sextual acts meaning, knowing that the child realizes that something sextual is going on even if they do not see anything going on, according by the state law of ohio, anything that is sextual explicit has to do with anything that goes beyond making out whether if its touching innappropiately or otherwise.

Nudity clearly depicted, meaning that you can obviously see some clear nudity as showing the nipple, vagina, and penis.

Also, according to the O.I.S.P.A. (Ohio Internet Safety Police Association) says that its appropiate for any child to see any part of a male's/female's body if they are shown sextual body parts. Now this also goes into movies because im 100% sure SSBN has seen a naked women somewhere in his lifetime.

Now surprisingly today my younger brother who came home thats 11 years old told me that today he had the O.I.S.P.A. came in and show them how to be safe on the internet. The officers that were at his assembly were showing pictures of women in their bras and panties. Showing how stuff like this is inappropiate and how to avoid it.

Advertising is a big thing in the world today. But obviously think about this, say your walking threw the mall with your younger brother or sister and they see a victoria secret model in bra and panties, i highly doubt that there going to laugh and point fingers. Its even advised by the United States Government by LAW that there is no sextual explicit advertising in public facilities there fore, showing pictures of women in their bras and panties is acceptable as long as their is no viewable sextual parts visible.

Now also think of this, at sport events such as boxing, UFC, etc. You see ring girls walking around. Well, yes its violence but any age of people can sit and watch the sport and also see the ring girls walk around. Also, may I remind you by LAW that the U.S. Government is not allowed to advertise or have and sextual content going on in public facilites where people under the age of 18 can enter.

Now I don't know about you paint, but on my forum, bra's and panties are a go. But if anything else like i said showing a sextual body part is not allowed and I or any other forum administrator will take charge in dealing with the situation.

Thank you.

P.S. Do what you want Paint, but remember, you gotta know the rules up, down, and inside out brotha.

lol, can't argue with the government. Last time I checked, a thong was a pair of panties :) and other than a lil cheek, no visible body part. But you can see just as much on MTV or BET these days :)

Very nice more in depth post nard (except im not looking for ohio state law). My point clearly is. This is a game forum and nothing else. We dont need to be talking about how we killed all these monsters and then have someone post a picture of someone in panties and such. If you want to conduct your babe of the day topic then do it through private messages with members that want to participate so it stays off of the general forum.

Its a public forum. we want new people coming all the time, thats how we're going to keep this community alive. instead of creating a white and black line for content that we post lets keep it inviting.
[rant]lets say Somebody Jones strays into our little world, we want to show him a happy place(not a perfect one, but a relatively inviting atmosphere) if he sees a thread like that he may be amused, offended who knows, but it may send a wrong message to someone and we just lose a potentially interesting and constructive member
[/rant]
I'm all in favor for pushing the limit on issues legality, but this isn't the place.
