That wouldn't work cad, cause the server logs your game code, your Name, and if I'm not mistaken, your IP. So, if you were to train a character under his name, then give it to him, It wouldn't work because, even though he would choose the name, the server still knows that you are using two different game codes, and two different IP's. Phew...feel free to correct me

Name and GUID it takes, but not IP, think of all the people that have dynamic connections (that would be mostly all of us).
To make the server believe your someone else you would need to edit the windows registry (or a ut config file for linux) and change your key to the other persons CD-Key, which is generally not an advisable thing for any licensed product.
you may want to check the EULA about this, but as long as both parties agree , and the license is not being used by more than one person during the duration of the transfer...well you get the idea
