I'm not going to vote.

The decision, if there is one, is totally up to the admin. It doesn't matter how long a player has been here, or what level they are. Like Paint sorta said, if you have been here longer, you have a greater responsibility to set an example. It's totally up to Joey's whim and judgment whether someone has gone too far, and what to do about it.

Joey - advice - don't make player punishment a democratic procedure. Fair and equal treatment by all admins is what is needed; if you let us boneheads decide, the drama will become unbearable.

Well-said Nappy! I agree 100% and for that reason am not voting either, although I do agree w/Turkey's opinion about the high-level loss of stat points.

However, I would like to make this point - in a real court of law, usually one is shown lenience for a first offense, which this is as far as I can see.

I'm not looking for an apology, I have been guilty of uttering some un-pollitically correct statements in my time, I guess this just hit a little close to home for me to ignore. No hard feeling to any involved in this case.
I'm here to have fun and escape the drama of my life, not create more here.

oh we all are. i for one am a complete hypocritical cynic, and i recognize the fact whenever i see a statement such as the one you've made. hopefully the rest of the people here realize what horrible people they all are at times as well, because it's impossible - if we are to believe in ANY form of religion OR psychological theory (behaviorist, freudian, pavlovian, etc) - not to be ^_^. But the least we can do to quell our own regret for the way we are is to overshadow it by pointing out the undesireable actions of others.
