I don't see any "unsportsmanship" in killing a monster. That is the game. Plus while playing I use my combo's like crazy from speed to healing. I'm not going to stop using them either. Getting around a map helps in killing the monsters and also staying alive since you can dodge quicker.

Yeah it would be a perfect world if everyone got the same amount of points. that world would suck because players like dreaghon would only be limited. High level players earned their points and if your new to a sever any server or game your going to suck at it. If low level players think its hard they need to suck it up or go to a easier server. Besides the montser could be a high level monster and I'm not going to stand there and watch a level 15 person try to kill a titan that is my level. I don't have all day!
Later all!

i wonder perhaps what the true ettiquette would be for monster killing, especially in the first two waves. i know i kill everything and anything i can, because i like the feeling of mowing things down and it is why i get my kicks here on later waves. on another server, there are two waves, one of all titans, and one of titans and warlords..and with an infinite flak or shock its totally addicting to see them all falling in masses!

anyways, as i said, the first waves are simple and i shoot at anything in sight as i seek pus..but these are the waves where lower levels want some better experience they can't get later on in the map. i get bored easily and i too seek good pus, so i wonder..

regardless, vengar is a great player comrade. if he "steals" something, oh well. of the masses who play, i can say vengar is one of the more generous peoples. he offers me summons! i do't usually take offered summons since others think i don't need a better gun ever and i almost hear the groans when i do have a good gun D:

i still ask for pus now and then, usually a sturdy on training day maps (i hate these maps, though it is difficult and why i like it too) if i don't have any by wave 6 or a heal when using a self-hurting weapon on a cramped map.

Meh, I hate losing guns that I am using when I fall into pits or get pushed an insane distance, heh I have been slung across a room by a monsters shot before and that can be a pain. I'm almost tempted to buy iron shoes (though I think amy said they didn't seem to work all the time when she got it maxed out for a test run) just so I don't get knocked around as much.

As much as people are saying people are stealing their power ups, I see power ups go to waste and vanish or just simply not get used. Also some of these power ups look alike and I see people bicker over what power up a person might have grabbed sometimes when a person worked a monster to death. I think its polite to give people power ups when they need them (sometimes it seems people just don't notice when someone is asking for stuff or don't notice when people are handing stuff out) and it might be nice to give help people just before you leave a game like if you got a gold, then gold anything someone wants golded or purple something.

On the "don't kill the monsters" I have played before where a low lvl was asking people not to kill the monsters, which just seemed like a stupid idea since these monsters aren't going to just stand there and let a low lvl kill them and do nothing back, and I said it would be better if one of us higher lvls kill it with a few shots instead of waiting for the low lvl to use up most of his ammo maybe just to kill one monster (which probably would kill him before he could even empty half his clip into it, except maybe if it was an ssr map which then I wouldn't mind letting him try to kill a monster if he was quick). Its similar to when its only the last person alive and everything is his lvl in that the monsters are still hard (the low lvl person has monsters higher lvl than him), the monsters take a while to kill, and there is a good chance the player may still die (low lvl people die from usually a single shot from certain monsters unless they took up their health or dr right at the beginning). If I was to get a good link and had a decent spot to use the link, I might consider letting a lower lvl link up to me and get some xp that way since I will hopefully take the blunt of the damage, while keeping the low lvl protected from attacks (except nukes) and keeping the monsters at a decent lvl.
Sometimes a crazy move is the best move.

sportsmanship

Amy, I have stopped and looked to see if someone is going pick it up and then watched that power up vanish in front of my eyes. If I see something I need I pick it up and I wait to see if someone claims it. If no one does I apply it to my weapon. People steal my power ups all the time and I have had very few that return them on request. Oh well. You mentioned sportsmanship and that is exactly what I am talking about. There is a right way and a wrong way to do things. And cursing and calling people names is the wrong way in my opinion. I got 2 words for the hot tempered haters out there ANGER MANAGEMENT! And the funny thing is these same people that are abusive on the mic and in text messages are absolute saints when they know Joey is on the server. Makes me sick!

From here on out if I pick something up and you think its yours and you yell, curse, or call me names on the mic or send rude texts I WILL NOT BE GIVING IT BACK! Treat people with common respect and they will return it. Its not a difficult concept people.

No power up is yours until it's in your inventory. It doesn't matter if you were running to it to get it, were the only one to shoot the mob, or whatever.

So once again...nobody owns any power ups unless it's in their inventory. All other power ups are fair game.

stealing

I know Zombie, but the common misconception out there among the players is that if they kill a monster the pus that comes from that monster belongs to them. All I am trying to say is I have had many people get pus from kills I have made and you don't hear me acting like lunatic on the mic.
