Try going to bios and there usualy under advanced bios features find hard disk boot priority. Select there drive which has OS on and you are good to go.

1800, do you have an OS installed on either of your other two drives? Because I was having a problem with multiple drives as well. I had merely switched out the drives and was running Windows XP on both drives and I kept getting Boot Sector errors and then after a restart or two....I couldn't get the system started at all. I wiped the xtra drive clean with Window Washer and did nothing to the drive but format it with an NTSF partition and it works just fine.

If you are running multiple OS's and you're not able to get the system going....it's my guess that your system is trying to boot multiple OS's which I'm sure would cause a problem. I know it's possible to run two different OS's from the same drive...because you have two seperate partitions for each and you simply tell it which OS you want it to boot. But as for seperate drives each with an OS....I don't know how that is setup. I tried configuring that stuff in the BIOS, changing jumpers on the drive etc., etc. but I still had the same problem until I wiped and partitioned the drive.

no, this was a new system with no OS at all. i put windows vista ultimate 64 on one drive while the other two hdds were un plugged. everything works fine when just one hdd is plugged in. when i turn off comp and plug in other hdds, it wont boot. i think its because the damn thing is trying to boot from one of the other blank hdds. i cant find in the bios where to make the hdd that has vista installed on it just the primary drive. they are all identical hdds and show up as identical. not really sure what is the fix, but figured i would ask and get some ideas.

well if u see all 3 hdd's on bios then u get 2 trials to find out. change it to diffrent hdd until it loads windows.
Once that is done dont expext my computer to show you 3 hdd's. go to control pannel and from Administrative Tools open Computer Management then click disk management on left pane and its easy from there.
