Beast nobody knew about it before hand. From what I was told after the fact mind you, Joey was too busy working on the patch to admin a couple of games for her bday party.

Easiest solution was to give her temp admin.

I wasn't there so I can't comment on her actions, but you gotta remember that there are kids playing and Joey could get into trouble if one went crying to mommy/daddy/test tube.

I agree with you about having admin on your bday being kick ass, but I doubt it will happen. Can you imagine coke with admin?

Wow... that sux. I woulda thought the ESRB rating on the game (adults only) would protect him/us from that.

Well in California it doesn't. There's a case in one of the courts in the city of San Francisco where a mother is trying to sue for emotional trauma because her 15 year old was playing a game rated 17+

I'll have to look for the article again, but I think she's trying to sue the company that is running the server.

Ugh no edit button.....

Her claim is that the company contributed to the deliquincy of a minor and that they should've taken steps to keep kids off of their servers.

Now what I don't get is how the hell she can blame them, when she knew her kid was playing in the first place :?

Indeed I was - I mean, come on, how is she going to get her digital avatar to lift her shirt in-game? If she CAN, then she damn well better be working for the gubment or something if she's THAT good @ pounding code!
