lol yeah I know ok your vote points with mine and draes true we may have the top 3 spots and a good 3k lead on any one but that still leaves 13 peeps with most at least in the 1-2k's. I dont know how many vote points you get from score

lets say drae gets 8000 score so he gets 80 vote points

ortega score 6000 gets 60 vote points
me (General) 6000 gets 60 vote points

thas 200 votes

I think its possible for 13 other players to out vote us still yeah the chances are better for the high scorers
but theres still a possibility i think . I could be wrong im jus guessing on the point system lol

Alright. I got a system. The server I tried gave you a point for point vote abliity. That can't happen. Gen. It wouldn't be tough not to win the vote with 3 people in that case. But I seen your example and game up with a idea.

Lets say there is 100 votes up for grabes. the winner gets the majority. either do it by a percentage base or a actauly # base. Not sure in which would be easier to change voting. But its not going to happen I don't think so

ok I see what your saying

theres many servers that give weird amounts of votes ive seen peeps put 100's down in 1 vote

but yeah I see theres only so many votes you can win per map

i still think the regular score points would work. just look at usual scores these days on a map of 16 players. here is example:

9500
6000
5500
4300
4300
3000
2500
2400
2300
1800
1650
800
350
20
-200 (hickey's score, since the game is always freaking cheating :} )

anyways, lets say the top 2 scorers want some map, maybe 1 or 2 others as well, but all the rest together have ample potential to outscore the vote, and usually the invasion cravers all gang up on the carball few anyways. and there are some high score invasion players that don't like carball. so it is all still fair in this system as current trends show while playing lately.

as for after a carball match, the 1 vote system would need to be used again i would think, maybe..i dunno o..o

anyways, the high scorers do deserve to have greater say in what maps are played. seriously, usually the higher scorer are doing most of the "work" risking more, communicating much to get chests and pus around, and not sitting back casually like some low levels whose right hand spam-fires in a corner while their left hand is down their pants..that is, if they are even still alive :P

have you ever noticed that most of the carball voters are longer-time players here, while the invasion obsessed are usually the newer? i think those who have invested more time here should have a bit more say in things that go on.

screw the dancing whores and that annoying hammer song, i want my wins to have a bit more reward to them ^,,^/

anyways, i am not carball obsessed, but i would like to play one now and then. even so, with my highr score voting, i would really like to start getting some lesser maps played, which i want most of all for invasion. not the same thing over and over and over and over and over every damn day

I'm not disagring with you at all. But the top three players vote tallies are almost as high as the other 13. But for me I would love that system because I would try to get higher points. But it the bases of being far to the new people like level 10-20 who just joined is what I was looking at. But for the sake of Carball. Lets go with your idea.

I started playing here back in November 06. the other server I used to play on (WoH Invasion) started wit the "Hacker, cheater" and all that nonsense. They reset the server there and in 2 weeks I was level 90 (XP for level 90 80,000xp points as much as my lvl 245 here).
that server did not have CB which is 1 reason I hang around here so much First place I ever seen CB. And for the Wops and MOST players lol.

But I have noticed any real "Veteran player" does not care for the 1k xp. 1k xp does not make a dent in any of our xp bars and it only really affects the levels 10-50.

Being point obsessed will not get you more points faster and it will not make you a better player. If you jus focus on getting the points you are no longer a team player jus a player .
I play for the experience and the community cause i wanna play the game the points are a added feature for me lol.
New players are too point obsessed how they have to level all the time. I understand wanting to be a higher level but again wit the fairness the new players have no chance without the vet players.

That is one reason why I dont try and give my gun away more often then not to someone who just joined. Oh-no I'm giong to miss out on 1000 points. Now if the voting thing changed my score would be back up. But the other night for twenty waves I managed to get 13th place. YEAH. Didn't even break 700 points. It takes to damn long to Level up. I don't know how Dreaghon plays it so much. Like I said It took me two months level but even when I was playing it took me 1-2 weeks. Yeah I wasn't trying but damn. Man reason why I went to carball so hard since the Power Ups. Starting disapearing. I started on the server in or around I think Sep/Oct. I'm not new but I played ALOT for like 6 months and to get to level 200. But it was harder to level in the past and then it was WAY WAY TO easy and now its back to hard. I remember winning a map was a good 500. then on top of it we rarly one.
