Heh, I listen to the team speak and read the text and I do ok. Sometimes I just stand there reading the text log and go through my pus and just let the monsters get a few free hits on me before I (or someone else) blasts them to pieces.
Sometimes a crazy move is the best move.

True, i dont check emails often, im so busy, lol

Sorry about the ban, I didnt do it.
I did lift the ban.

I think i need to sit down and explain to the admins that we do not just just BAN people. We should be informing the player what the problem is and if he/she doesnt comply, then kick. If the person comes back with same issue again and again well then the admin does not have choise but to ban.

As far as for ping guidance to admins, i think they mis-understood. We are targeting high ping players. Truly, there is no reason why your ping should be greater than 150 in the USA. However, we must also be careful. We have players on the server for a long time with pings ranging from 48 to 150. If the are regular player then we basically know that he/she purposely is not trying to lag the game. See where I am going with this? In other words, "Exceptions". Sorry for any confusion, we will get it straight. I dont want admins going on a witch hunt for high pings. Just use a little common sense. Not all people can have a lovely 38 ping. Some people are on wireless or have crappy providers.

My guidance about pings to admins: Just look into high pings and make better judgements. Even talk to the player and offer some assistance. Help them with their UT Game, PC and Network. Tell them what they can do to improve it. Also be careful about booting people outside USA, many foreigners can speak good english and their high pings are normal.

Copy that!

What happened Joeyz? Did the old lady kick you out of the house, so now you can't even develop? Stuck in a library or coffee shop somewhere with nothing to do but post to the forum? LOL!

Don't get me wrong - it's very refreshing to see you making more regular appearances/posts lately. Keep 'em coming, but do what it takes to get the ol' ball-n-chain to let you back in the house!
I will consistently sacrifice political correctness for an attempt at humor. If ya can't deal, then ya need ta stop being ign'ant.
