What are you thoughts on Temporarily supressing Team Vamp while a Medic Weapon is being employed?

Potentially it could be turning it off while you use a medic weap, otherwise if it's too hard to code that, it could be simply not allowing team vamp and field medic to be bought together.ZombieSlayer wrote:Ok just to clear this up....

I hope it's not too hard to code that it be turned off while a medic wpn is in use, because I use both... especially if I am having trouble finding an infinity. Well by using a medic weapon you can't heal yourself unless the weapon does splash damage (flak, rocket, bio, shock, mp5, nades).
I don't see a problem with team vamp being allowed with the use of a medic weapon.
But if it must not be allowed, then I see 2 options.
#1 Turn off team vamp when using a medic weapon
#2 Don't allow the purchase of team vamp if player has field medic or field medic exp healing.
#2 Would be easiest to code, but would suck balls because sometimes I would've died if I didn't have team vamp.

I don't understand why regular vamp and feild medic cant be bought together... i mean are they related at all? if it's a coding problem then i can understand it, but idk cuz i'v never really gotten a decent (or any) explanation for the reason...
i mean if u could buy regular vamp and med at the same time, that would solve the problem quite a bit cuz you could just heal urself most of the time by vampin off the monsters. now of course it wouldnt solve the prob whe n uget down to 20health and everything u try to shoot at dies b4 u hit it XD and in similar life-death situations but it would be quite helpful.
BACK ON TOPIC:::: i think that NEITHER medic or team vamp should be restricted when both are being used.. i mean what's the point? why shouldn't somebody be healed with team vamp while theyr healing someone else? now, i dont have teamvamp, but i'm assuming it heals you for friendly fire, even though most of the time, your friendly fire does no damage. so why should it be restricted from healing you for the same friendly fire just because that fire is healing somebody else?
