nope couldnt exactly get one but the forum is backup.

If you pm me the error msg (if you got one) I may be able to tell you how to get around that.
The backup option in the admin section of phpBB is crude at best.
You could probably get the host to send you a copy of the backup since you won't have cpanel or phpmyadmin access.
