Improving Net Speed

Here is a link that some of you people might be interested in.
It is supposed to improve your net speed and reduce net latency.
Before you do anything when it comes to something like this.... make sure you back up anything you are about to change..... and if you are unsure about what you are doing ...do not even attempt it !!!!!
