Ladies and gentlemen of the jury (server).
As you may have read the complaint about T-Money.
If you had to rule, what would your ruling be based on the evidence and server rules?
Min punishment: forfieture 1 to ALL stat points, 7 to 30 days probation.
Max punishement: forfieture of ALL stat points and banned for 30 days.
Carefully review the situation and cast your vote and what would you recommend for punishment under the ranges of MIN and MAX punishment.
Lets see what the outcome would be if I left the jury to decide.
Server Disrtrict Attorney,

I say.....

Guilty
sorry T, but you got to tone it down a bit sometimes
going for a 15% reduction in level and point and 10 days probation
bit less than half, and i know more than a few servers that would ban you straight out without this 'due process'
but people deserve second chances and i know by experience as I got my butt kicked by my high school administration more than my share(mumbles ....) but hey come back and have fun

so thats my recommendation
J o e y zzzzzz!

I'd like to make an objection to the aforementioned on the basis of cruel and unusual punishment. I think taking a percentage of points or levels is unfair because higher levels are harder to attain the higher they get, and being higher, a percentage of them would be greater. Furthermore, I believe no reduction should be taken at all, and simply a temporary ban is in order.
and i just totally fcked up ur min/max deal

whoa! i didn't expect to see this!
well lets see, he has kinda broken the social rules and even though he was on his most-likely drug-induced excitability, sometimes bad stuff comes out like this. but he's not usually a true jerk..so i dunno really
the max punishment is going way too overboard to even think about! o..o
turkey is right about the loss of stat points and being higher in level to get them, so...
refund him all points spent on ghost/resurrection, and make those skills unavailable to him for a month. let him play as i do as jylon, where dying is dying and men are real men! :D

We all know T-money reads the posts and has remained completely quiet(pleading the 5th? self incrimination can be a bitch) How does he feel about this? I mean, Fu sounds like a fairly decent guy, Wouldnt surprise m e if a simple "Sorry" might be enough....

Being higher level meens you have been here longer. And if you have been here a while there is no excuse for breaking the server rules.

I'm not going to vote.
The decision, if there is one, is totally up to the admin. It doesn't matter how long a player has been here, or what level they are. Like Paint sorta said, if you have been here longer, you have a greater responsibility to set an example. It's totally up to Joey's whim and judgment whether someone has gone too far, and what to do about it.
Joey - advice - don't make player punishment a democratic procedure. Fair and equal treatment by all admins is what is needed; if you let us boneheads decide, the drama will become unbearable.
