suggestion for a new shield and pu
we have so much shields now, so one more i think noone would care about.
some recognice when highlevers (250+) are on server, some (incl. me)say "superosama" to osama, when he is not firing normal, its when he is firing ultrahighspeed and mowing down all very fast,i dunno if its only me, who recogniced that, but, back to topic: where is the "anti-osama-shield"??? if there will be one i really want to know how the pu could look like :-)
another thing is, when highlevlers there, i recognice it doesnt really help, when they die in a "normal way" or honourably die by suiciding, to keep the allive-player-level low so they can survive better to finish the map. its often too hard anyways, esp if the last ones are 100-150.
suggestion is a ultra-damage-pu which is compensating the highest-lowest-player-level-damage and can only be used by a low-level-player, if he is last, which spawns automatically when he is last or is going automatic to his inventory, and should be only workin for one wave.
(if he survives and next wave starts i think there is no need for a lower-level to score like a 270+)
the sense for this is maybe a chance to lower the playtime, not to wait 30min for killing 2 monsters in wave 12, 40min in wave18 and 1hour in wave20 , esp. when no vorpal is loaded or wont work...
maybe you think now thats a crap idea, but well, wait till the first are level 280+ there is no really fun anymore when all die very easy from a "noob-weapon"... and sure, if you dont want "beginners", its good not to think about that, but if more and more normal "regulars" stop playing cause of feeling its senseless and worthless wasting time when only highlevelers are able to kill, score and level up......

Amy your points is great but in the mer sense that at a lower level can gain 100 levels by the time Dreaghon gets one level. Or M3rc, Hicky or Blue. To be honest the OSoma tear almost all of us apart not just low levels. Yeah I got worked last night by the wands and Osomas. I had to wait it out like everyone. But was funner when I was a low level and I leveled up. Now it seems to take forever if I fart around but when I go out and try for high score or even second I can level in about 13 maps. Now for M3rc and Dreaghon it takes almost double the points I do. So people in a sense need to stop camping and try to score in the start. It took me 10 maps to get to level 75 on a new Character plus we dind't win but about 9 or 10.

hehe...damn that osama. worst enemy in game when lower levels die, even worse than wand because even splash damage from that jerk can rip the hp away from him being across the map so fast! yet wands still have the same space of time between their shots and can miss at least. if one super osama spawns near you when lower levels die, you don't even have a chance to run X}
i am curious why the ak has splash damage...i mean, its a gun and such that don't really have exploding bullets on contact in true life.
as for the suggestions, amy...they aren't bad when considering the fairness of last-ones-left since i know the pain of how that can be, but i suppose it is something to keep the challenge up. we don't have to win every map, you know! ^,,^ i think that the way the ideas would have to be coded may be too difficult to really get working correctly

doesnt mean stopping the challenge, it will be a challenge for a low-level-last-one, too, cause only makin high damage doesnt mean he cant be kill with one shot, depending on what monsters left. im just talkin about the time, in moment maybe its ok needing 30min till you or others cankill the last monster. but what happens in one month? challenge or not, waiting and directing the last player, a lowlevler (if they hear to mom amy ;-) ), to win a wave or the last wave, gives me sometimes same adrenalin-pushing-heartbeats like the pressure the last player have, esp. when they are younger ones (like fr4g, great jobs last time btw!) is one thing. but 20min waiting till a level100-player can kill that lil small green/red level-300-mini-bug, would be a bit too much, or not? how long does it need then with a spiderqueen? i often recognice players leaving cause of beeing bored or just "he wont win"... this is not the sense of THIS challenge.Amy Infless wrote:...the sense for this is maybe a chance to lower the playtime...

Actaully Amy:
If there are two players left say you and Dreaghon. If Dreaghon dies off first and there is still half the wave left with monsters. The monsters that pertain to her levels will die off. So it will be jsut your levels that you are actaully fighting. Hope that helps. Also if you died some of the monsters would die off because its done by Player to Server ratio I do believe.

this is whats written in the books and thats the problem for me cause it looks for me many times like this doesnt work. i remember games where tmon or cray were only highestleveldplayer playin, and next one me or one or two others with 200+. then they die or suicide but monsters still "unkillable" or kill us easy with their shottys or turbos. and i remember some games when i was the only "high-level-player" on server, and all lower 200, and i was last, it looks like they are all easy to kill for me with a sh!t-loaded rocketlauncher4-5 and only flares as special-pu. so if they "reflect" my skill looks like all those monsters who can died before i was last (dont think so when im last player after 15 sec. when wave started ;-) ) or this "effect" isnt workin all the time. just my experienceOrtega wrote:...So it will be jsut your levels that you are actaully fighting...
