suggestion for a new shield and pu

we have so much shields now, so one more i think noone would care about.
some recognice when highlevers (250+) are on server, some (incl. me)say "superosama" to osama, when he is not firing normal, its when he is firing ultrahighspeed and mowing down all very fast,i dunno if its only me, who recogniced that, but, back to topic: where is the "anti-osama-shield"??? if there will be one i really want to know how the pu could look like :-)
another thing is, when highlevlers there, i recognice it doesnt really help, when they die in a "normal way" or honourably die by suiciding, to keep the allive-player-level low so they can survive better to finish the map. its often too hard anyways, esp if the last ones are 100-150.
suggestion is a ultra-damage-pu which is compensating the highest-lowest-player-level-damage and can only be used by a low-level-player, if he is last, which spawns automatically when he is last or is going automatic to his inventory, and should be only workin for one wave.
(if he survives and next wave starts i think there is no need for a lower-level to score like a 270+)
the sense for this is maybe a chance to lower the playtime, not to wait 30min for killing 2 monsters in wave 12, 40min in wave18 and 1hour in wave20 , esp. when no vorpal is loaded or wont work...
maybe you think now thats a crap idea, but well, wait till the first are level 280+ there is no really fun anymore when all die very easy from a "noob-weapon"... and sure, if you dont want "beginners", its good not to think about that, but if more and more normal "regulars" stop playing cause of feeling its senseless and worthless wasting time when only highlevelers are able to kill, score and level up......
