WTH is going on.

To try and solve my problems with .... well almost everything i did a third reinstall.
And now .. all that i do is to see the game download the wopmonsterpack
and other files at a lowest dl speed i ever seen.
It is 95 % complete when i new map starts to load ,and i loose connection and i have to start downloading again.
My last two game i could only play 2 waves . After that the pu:s disappear, the monsters disappear , the weapon disappear and denial and retention stops working.
Now i have to ask this , it is an honest question.
IS the server only for american players ?
