If you havent heard it yet Paris is being sent to jail and it was posted on msn to sound off about what you thought about the hearing. This was my post

Now I am 15 and live in New York and this is my feelings of this case.

To Paris: In the words of Arnold Schwarzenegger "STOP WHINING"

First of all it was your stupid mistake to act like an irresponsible idiot and go drunk driving. Secondly when you were sentenced to attend your probation or whatever you were stupid enough to not go. The ball was in your court to do what you had to do and accept the consequences but no you thought "hey im paris hilton and my dad owns a billion dollar hotel chain, I am above the law" yeah bs. You are just like me a normal citizen of the Untied States who unfortunitly gets the power to use a defence lawyer to defend your sorry spoiled reer end. Also no matter what anyone says the only mental condition you have is living in the ritz life too long. Staring at a plain concrete wall makes you want to put pink paint all over it. I have no compassion for you. You are old enough to understand the consequences of drinking and driving and you didnt care. Furthermore you really should stop whining because you got to spend some of your jail time confined to your million if not billion dollar home with 2000" hd tv's. My post is not about jealousy its more about how stupid you make yourself look by crying and actually thinking for a second that the law has an exception to rich people. As you found out IT DOESNT.

To the upset general public: Why are you upset that Paris is being sent to jail? She commited a crime and now has to face the consequences like any other American citizen. Just because she is famous doesnt meen she is excluded from being tried as an equal to you or me. She deserves no support for being sent to jail and there is nothing unfair about the hearing she commited a crime and is now paying the price. To me this is common sense; for every action there is a reaction.

There that's my two cents. If anyone is outraged about the fact that Paris didn't get special treatment because she bears the last name of Hilton you are the ones with the real mental condition. If it was me in Paris's case I would want to be prosecuted and found guilty just so I can sleep soundly at night knowing that the justice system still works and takes no exceptions or pay offs.

well said, paint, laws are different in every country, but one thing is the same in most of all countrys: the "beeing a prominent person-bonus". it worked in most "guilty" cases...
so i wont comment anymore, just 1 thing: did you write "same" to other guilty promis who never go to jail?

if i am ot mistaken, i believe the sentencing went like this: initial 45 days in jail. a week later they decide to reduce it to 21 days (wtf situation already.) then..she goes to jail and she is in there for 3 days...then gets released and needs to stay in-home with ankle bracelet for the rest of these days. the reason...something about the prison food was causing a "medical condition"

yeah, bull! no caviar and champagne and then eating such low class food gave her diarhhea or something and lawyers used that in some blown up way to make her exempt from any kind of true punishment lest the government be held liable.

the fact is, the more money you have, the more power you are able to wield for anything you want or need to get out of.

my bad, i heard she was taken back to prison again since public outcry worldwide was loud enough. thank goodness!

My whole thing is ...WTF is she famous for ? Absolutely nothing....Except for being the heir to a million dollar hotel franchise.
Other than that she is an ugly bitch that is so spoiled she probably don't even wipe her own ass.
I really dont understand why people would follow her around just to see if here farts smell like roses...... I highly doubt they do !
I could care less about this little whiney bitch.....
They need to put her in general population so Shakisha or Latondra can really show her what being behind bars is all about.
Now i am not racially profiling anyone i am just using these names as an example.

last i heard they tossed her narrow ass back in for the whole 45 days after her last violation.

Can you imagine what would happend if she only had 20 days and after that go out and did a drunk driving again , but this time seriously wounded or killed someone.
That would be the breakdown of your the legal system.

Here in Sweden i read that she is almost starving her self do death.

If she commit suicide for this little thing , then by all means let her. That wont be any great loss.
Most of us facing more troubles in our life.

She is dam near anorexic already so why would she bother eating the jail food... I love how she calls it prision, yet prision is for people that are dooing a year or more. She went and is at a small time celebrity high profile type of jail/medical ward wich is with in twin towers in los angeles. I would like to see her in general population in twin towers eating the green ballogne and blue milk, but I dought that will ever happen.
