To all users of TorrentSpy.com:
In a recent court decision Torrentspy.com, a popular BitTorrent download site, was ordered by a federal judge in California to begin logging user activity on its site. TorrentSpy is expected to submit an appeal before the June 12 deadline.

For the sake of all that is good and fair on this earth, let us hope that this decision is overturned since it would now mean that any site no matter of what its privacy policy states could be ordered to take the same action against its users.

i heard they (torrentspy) are just going to stop allowing access from the US instead of complying with the order..

either way i don't use the site anymore (demonoid is way better), but the decision the judge made itches the nerves a tiny bit as it could set a standard the internet community in general does not want. so i'm waiting a bit apprehensively to see how the appeal goes.

ohh and btw i'll be seeing you a bit less on the server the next two months :sad: trying to juggle a 7-4 job along with a 6-9 calc class, and another friend of mine hooked me on teh WoW [cring]. but hope to see you all after class gets out. have fun and keep on fightin'!

Yes Work and WoW do get in thwe way you the tournament quite a bit nowadays.I can skip work but WoW is like crack

I used to play WoW till I got hit with the new party system where we lost LFG channel and got this crappy group maker (hey lets get 3 warriors, a mage, and toss this warlock in for fun). I soon after left when I couldn't find groups for my low lvls for deadmines, and couldn't see groups for SM.

yeah we dont have the LFG thing either anymore. My brother taught me sumthing though for when you cant find groups
(never had this problem to much i jus get my bro to run me thru places)
but you jus click the abandon quest button true you loose xp and cool gear sumtimes but theres always sumthing else to do.Lol I never did the deadmines i ran peeps threw it but never did the quest myself
