the ssr pu

Has the ssr pu been removed?If so will it ever return?

someone asked joey this the other day when i was playing. he said the ssr pu won't pop out from monsters any longer. but..he did add the hint that the magic pu has a chance it will spawn that pu, albeit, rather rare.

so, finally minigun is "useless" (and for medics only) again?
so if there is "no" mini-pu, what about its damage? can (should) it pushed up a bit?????
