NEW RPG System - UT2 Test for UT3 - Need Feedback Please

Well guys, I just wanted to say that I never expected so many many people on our server and forum. I am amazed with the amount of players and supporters. I know some of you are upset that some things dont work or dealing with some lag. Having said that, I think you would agree that there is more good to the game despite of some minor technical difficulties. Everyone please remember that this is a custom server and everything we do here is more like a test and development server. Thats what makes the server unique from other servers. I simply try to push Epic's Engine to the max so you get more out of game play.
Having said all that, we are working on a new improved RPG system. We will be the first server to step off into a new level of fun. Once the new RPG system is done, I plan to RESET ALL LEVEL STATS and everyone starts fresh at either level 1 or 10. The server will have its own ranking system, let me better explain...
The new system will have new promotion system (visible symbols above the player's head in game). Here is just a sample (not official yet) table of how it works...
Promation Ranks:
Private (PVT) = Level 1 thru 25
Private First Class (PFC) = Level 25 to 50)
Specialist (SPC) = Level 50 to 75
Sergeant (SGT) = Level 75 to 100
Staff Sergeant (SSG) = Level 100 to 125
Sergeant First Class (SFC) = Level 125 to 150
Master Sergeant (MSG) = Level 150 to 175
Sergeant Major (SGM) = Level 175 to 200
2nd Leutenant (2LT) = Level 200 to 225
1st Leutenant (1LT) = Level 225 to 250)
Captain (CPT) = Level 250 to 275
Major (MAJ) = Level 275 tp 300
Light Colonel (LTC) = Level 300 to 325
Colonel (COL) = Level 325 to 350
General (1 Stars) = Level 350 to 375
General (2 Stars) = Level 375 to 400
General (3 Stars) = Level 400 to 450
General (4 Stars) = Level 450 to 500
General (5 Stars) = Level 500
Also, Medics, Adrenaline, and Weapon Masters will be a new improved role.
Medics (purchased medic, has additional medic symbol above their heads)
Medic level 1 = Can create healing wepons, Can toss health Vials
Medic level 2 = Can toss out Health vials, first aid packs.
Medic level 3 = Can toss out health vials, first aid packs, and health kegs.
Medic level 4 = Can revive the fallen player if the medic can reach the dead player before it vanishes from the map.
Medic announcements:
"Get vial here!"
"Get first aid here!"
"Get keg here!"
"You're going to be okay, now go get that monster that tried to kill you!"
Weapons Master:
Weapon Master level 1 = Can create RPG weapon (random +1 thru +10).
Weapon Master level 2 = + Can give out ammo to player on map.
Weapon Master level 3 = + Can give out weapons.
Weapon Master level 4 = + Can give out wrenches (Blue)
Weapon Master level 5 = + Can give out wrenches (Purple)
Weapon Master level 5 = + Can give out wrenches (Gold)
Weapon Master announcements:
"Get aeapon here!"
"Get ammo here!"
"Get wrenches here!"
Was thinking of also...
Adrenaline and Artifact masters as well.
How long will all this take for me to code? Would say about 3 hours and 8 hours of test-fix-testing.
Before I do all this, let me know how you guys like and feel about it.
Oh i almost forget, was thinking of the soldiers to have rank too. meaning, the symbols you see above their heads indicate their powers. In other words, the higher the rank, the stronger that solder will be with weapin accuracy, health, and power. Example: 1 star soldier = health 5,000
Another thing, I will be fixing the bugs we currently have and here is what I am working on right now...
1. New terrorsit soldiers, from the mod Strike Force - complete for wave 10.
2. New block for custom skins and voice packs. Since epic cant handle the code right and causes extreme lag and issues - complete!.
3. Removal of Ghost since ghost never works right during lag, loss weapons etc. - in the process (deciding).
4. Tweaks on Denial, partial loss weapons - in process.
