just wanting to hear opinions of new difficulty

so let's hear it, everyone! tell your personal feelings about the new difficulty and observations from it? :}
of the maybe 8 maps i played under it, 3 were won. there are now new factors involved in getting a victory, and it only partially has to do with people having good weapons.
first, low levels need to be in higher number than those with greater level, for in the latter 10 or so waves, you will feel the toughness of the baddies in every way. the toughness is found in those monsters i say of in strategy speaking as the type that are vampable and vulnerable to powerup effects like null entropy/propulsion/pullforwards/etc. the other type of monsters are as normal and die as readily.
secondly, the lower levels need to stay alive. this is not going to be easy, even if the higher levels try their best. i started two other characters here from the beginning, and i know any hits with a dr 400 or less is going to hurt very bad, and even with advanced dr and dr of 500, i am feeling the pain. vampirism level 10 now is showing great importance during many moments now, and it is why i am among the last usually surviving.
thirdly, well, forget powerful guns winning out a map when those higher levels monsters are seemingly taking extreme beating and not going down. so far now, during such moments, there is only one powerup that is probably going to be needed on every higher level's gun...vorpal. even then, it is just a ray of hope. earlier on curse4, wave 20, i spent a minute shooting a titan with the full spread of dual rocket spread's blast with no health decrease. eventually, the vorpal got it. so, minis, mp5s, and other rapid fire/rapid projectile releasing guns will be the best to use for it. the best gun now when the moment gets heated will be combat shotgun. primary or alt fire, the vorpal effect kicks off on this gun more than any other gun. it may be wise to actually give a combat to a higher level person or someone with globe if the map is one that will be toublesome. so, if the weps crate is opened, you guys know what gun i will take!
