Correct Behavior when crate is opened

Ok, I am sorry to make a post like this but I think it is VERY needed. I just got off the server and the last game I played I picked up BOTH the crowbar and the weapons crate by wave 5. I try to be fair and keep everyone happy and that is near impossible.
I have text to speech enabled and no, I am not shutting it off. If I do I loose contact with the players that do not have a mic. This is a big understatement but I got bum rushed. Between the text to speech and the mics I could not hear anything or make out who wanted what and I had a player crowd me when I tried to toss weapons to people, like he was trying to steal the weapon. This was chaos.
If I ever get the crate and crowbar again and people that crowd me or bum rush me and don't wait their turn, they get nothing. And I will have zero tolerance on this. I have opened the crate before and not had this happen to this extreme before. This was a learning experience for me.
Sorry again for making this post but I am very aggravated about this. And to the admins, no I do not think we should remove the crate, its one of the things that make this server unique. I think people just need to learn some manners.

yeah, damn right venger, EVERY time I've seen a crate opened one or two noobs start steeling peoples weapons, we just need to kick vote people that do that.

I witnessed this last night when you tried to hand out weapons.......I fact, one player was really annoying about it and I had to make comment regarding this issue........."He looks like he's trying to give you a blowjob instead of getting a weapon"
Noobz and kidz..........give some room and wait your turn when the crate is open. In fact, try and help out by providing security so all the weapons can be handed out.
Show that your a player by helping.........and not that your a noob by hounding.....

Oh hell yes. I had the "pleasure" of the abuse from crate opening. Granted at the time I didn't have my headset or voice at the time, so all I had was a wall of "OMG F**KING HELL HURRY UP I WANT".
So I'm not opening it again for a LONG while.

To be honest that has been a issue from day one. Its tough to want to open the crate since you can spend 2 or more waves handing it out and then you waste your time being a teammate. I can't see any issue other then to just toss weapons and let people fend for themselves if you don't want that mess. Not sure man but its not going to change. That is why I don't ask for anything because I know people are overwhelming for a gun.

Well the times I have had the crate and opened it (which was like 3 or 4 time) I didn't have much problems. But I think the people who were playing were more veterans and knew what they wanted and we had a nice safe spot to do the passing. I only go by who typed what first (I don't like to do it by teamspeak cause its harder to track and no way of telling who was first and if too many people on teamspeak, I hear a gobble of noise from everyone and I don't have the text to speak on cause I have had no problems seeing what people typed or hitting F2 to go back and see who said what and when) and someone doesn't know what they want sometimes, I will pick a nice or decent weapon and just give it to them. One time though I think someone had the weapon bug and didn't know why they weren't getting weapons but these weapons I tossed were the last weapons and no one else really wanted them.

nah seriously, you guys r right. i in fact had the extreme displeasure of tossing weapons once. HORRIBLE but mostly cause it was my first time and the speakers sounded like garble so they got mad. but yeah i see where u guys come from. Nice post, very important. Need to make it a required noobs must read thing. YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now I see why I don't open the crate, besides the fact I always end up getting glitched by waves 7-10.And no it's NOT my connection cause if it was then it would of been the same way with my OLD router, and the new router pumps out 54.0 MBps while my old router was only giving me 11 to 12 mbps.So it has to be my CPU or something else. But it's all changing by christmas anyways so it won't matter :D
