Rather pointless as I already have my own tunes playing and this thing keeps over riding my volume controls.
So yea I'm the "Sucks" vote.
Oh and it also slows down the index page, actually it may be slowing the entire forums. I'll check a few more times over a day or two to be sure.
Paint set auto play to false if you're going to keep it. If you can't set it to false ditch it and we'll figure something else out.

Only works on the forum overview. And I'm with Zombie here. Most of the time I'm listening to mah own stuff or too busy to sit on the front page playing music d=P
Good choice of music though.

I think rather than adding a jukebox, the search should be fixed so that real/valid Boolean searches can be performed without returning a bunch of unrelated crap. Or better yet, to retrieve the actual post with the search results rather than an entire topic.
Simply put, try fixing the bugs in the forum before adding new features.

like where beast is going...but paint better remember to backup the database before tinkering

.
anyway taking beast's search idea and sticking it onto the DJmonstermadness idea
Why not an rss type feed, just an xml document / mysqlDB with song info in. then i'm sure one of us could whip up a php extension that could read/add to the list for a forum thread.
ya know, list all the stuff thats been submitted, members can rank what they like good/mid/bad, maybe comment on specific songs for review or recommendation. and then some stats stuff
I want to change my vote and help
