Tonight on the server approx 8:30 over the microphone
This is as best as i can remember the conversation.

Someone is talking about a stupid McDonald's employee messing something up.
Xiahou_Imposter asks 'were they black?'
Other player responds 'No'
Xiahou_Imposter 'usually the ni**ers who f*ck things up.'
Other player responds 'Eh?'
Xiahou_Imposter 'Its true, then they go home to their 50 kids'
Xiahou_Imposter 'f**king ni**ers'

I placed a kick ban on him and asked him to quit the racist sh*t, I asked others to follow suit.

I alerted him to the fact that my wife is black, in the hope that he may shut up, perhaps even apologize.

he responded with a text chat

Kung. I'm talking about ni**ers not black people, big difference.
(I'd like you to try explain that concept to my wife and children)

I did not get enough votes to kick him. which should embarrass us all.

Some of us have promoted a zero tolerance policy on the server and have been supported in the past by Joey and other admins. As players we cannot accept this on a game server. people from all over the world from varying ages play here. they should not have to listen to this ignorant bigoted crap.

This was brought up the past with another player and I was reassured when the admins banned him. I have a screen shot of the text and I'll post it later.

Yah...I heard about this issue outside of the server and forums. Kung Fu...If possible...could you PM all the screenshots you have of this to either myself, Zombie or one of the other admins. Also...not to be a turd...but do you have screens that are a bit better quality? Cause I can't even tell who is saying what in this screen shot.

I completely agree that this sort of thing is uncalled for, and unacceptable! I understand people calling someone an A'hole or b*tch or something...as long as it's not a continual name calling or flaming/bashing. I understand that people get upset and sometimes they say names like that....but derogatory labels such as that just aren't right!!!

That person is lucky I wasn't on there at the time. My secret weapon against the voice chat turds is "Microsoft Plus Digital Media Edition"...what a spectacular recorder it has!! It just records and records and records.

But please...PM all the screens you have...in a better quality image to me, Zombie, cJ...or whoever you feel comfortable sending it to and we'll review this matter!

I have permanently banned him from the server. Not even 2 days ago I heard him use the n word a few times and told him about Joeys zero tolerance policy. In fairness I didn't ban him then because he wasn't around when Joey implemented the policy. I told him the next time he's caught will be the last time he plays here. Based on this thread and other accounts he won't be coming back.

Why do the ones that entertain me have to be racist in some form .

I seriously doubt he's racist. People need to lighten up about that shyt. I use the same shyt too. It's not that serious anymore.

I have use the N word, maby once a month, or two months, and only jokingly, usualy in provate, what he was doing was likely funny to him, OFC its quite racest but still, atleast he dident add a coment liek:
"A woman? What are you doing out of the kitchen b****?!"
You see my point? he could have been worse.

I've noticed the word being used a bit more liberally amongst some people lately-- The only trick is that they use the label against the criminal / gangster / rude types as an insult and a put-down, rather than using it as a blanket term as it originally was. Of course the more productive folks earn more respect.

Though I guess in the end, the term was meant to mean to put down an entire race, and the word still gets people into a rage the moment they hear it.
