Desperate need for help!

I am trying to reformat my hard drive to install xp instead of vista. and when i boot ino the disk. the part ware it usually asks you what partition you want to install it on it says "No hard drive found" and i read on a website that you have to slipstream the sata drivers into the install cd but i cant find the drivers any where. can someone help me? O ya its a HP.

The best way to handle that is to find out what motherboard your HP is using and go to that site for the SATA drivers........copy the drivers to a CD and when you install XP in the very beginning it will ask you to install drivers.
