Install Windows XP on RAID-SCSI-SATA without a floppy drive

i looked around to see how i could go about this and what i found was the program that the link at bottom brings up. befor i try it i would like to get some input or thoughts on how well it might work, or hear from someone that might have tryed this. thanks for your help : )
