It appears joeys physical hardware server is down up in Michigan. I verified this by trying to ping the server for a connection and I got no response. I just placed a call to joey and he said he will get back to me.

UT Server is down at the Michigan Data Center.

I checked and it is down; not getting a PING response. I am submitting a Help Desk Ticket now to find out what’s up. Could be just the network due to a severe storm or scheduled upgrade/maintenance of the network. Will let you know soon.
