DM-1on1-Omega-Tourney keeps failing to load

Why is it everytime we vote for omega tourney it fails to load? Is it missing something? I need to know so I can fix it!

Yup, its missing a file needed to run. I forgot which file it was. Make sure you compile all your resources in the map plz.

I know that all the textures are there, it must be missing something else? 
Can you please find out for me? The only thing I can think of is the ripper but that's already in my grit tourney map...
