cJBlast was a long time OG member of this UT2004 gaming community. You know him from his work on our loading screens for the server. He was a good man. We will be creating a powerup named after him in his honor. Please post in here if you have any ideas for a powerup.

People like cJBlast made running this community a pleasure and he will be sorely missed. RIP, old friend.

not many may remember or know him, but i do.

when i started to play here my first connection was with a 56k modem, and with that
mostly a ping around 220-280.. ...thats why many players often accused me to be reason for
the (still existing) world famous wellknown "LAAAG"..

cjBlast often backed me up or helped me out that time, i think without him i would
have lost interest to play here a long time ago.

if i remember right he also made some maps!


when i read you want honour him with a new powerup, immediately one thing
popped in my mind:

the cjBlastBOMB-powerup,

as a 1-2 time per map guaranteed drop,
like the rare serious-sam-bomb from the game serious sam,
activating that PU (or artifact) will immediately instakill all monsters. just like a
huge BLAST! (1-2seconds, not that long like broken arrow!)
and after that maybe grant every player temporary invulnerability for x seconds

wouldnt that be a BLAST?

Thank you for sharing your memories Amy. He will be missed. That limited broken Arrow idea you have is a really good one. Unless someone else posts anything better, I think this is what I'll do.
