Teamspeak server

Is the TS actually up and running and is it running? I have tried many times and different times to login but haven't been able to connect. I even reinstalled TeamSpeak to see if maybe my settings were just off but I have been able to connect to other servers without problem. I am using the IP address and the PW shown on the splash screen and posted elsewhere here in the forum. It is much easier in my opinion to use teamspeak since I don't have an easily accessible key mapped what with all the nextalternatefiremode, nextalternateprimarymode, use, shuffle pups, etc that I map. tHanks.
