incorrect working level-up-system

hi all!
if this is in wrong place sorry, but im not really a forum freak or fan of it, so replace if necessary...
like someone know, the level-up-system is f###ed up or bugged or hacked or whatever.
well, like joeyz said, he dont want war in forum or on server, but this problem can
make a war... maybe the war still started without beeing noticed....
yes and joeyz said dont overreact or something like dont put to much feelings into
the messages we write, maybe i do without recognizing, but, do some wonder? not me...
so sorry if its a bit to hard, feel free to delete this text or bann me...
so, what i talk about?
for those who dont know, just an easy understandable example:
player x needs 30.000 exp to level from 210 to 211
player y needs 50.000 exp to level from 200 to 201
player z needs 100.000 exp to level from 200 to 201
is that fair?
my opinion: no!
is that correct?
my opinion: no!
now there are some math.-geniuses like [non-admin, deleted programmer name], who see no problem in it, "cause it works right" and wont hear anything about that problem, maybe the want hush or minimize (t)his mistake (if he`s the one programmed this part).
so, if, why do many others like M3RC, von_kill_you, paintball, myself have the problem
needing double or tripple exp to level up? (well it is not a problem, "we" just play the correct way, but we have a problem with it NOW)
joeyz is informed about that problem, and i bet the reason(s) for this "bug" will be
found/fixed.
but, what happens after that? whats with the "effects" we have now?
many of the double-exp-needers and hardcore-players who play there asses off are [deleted] cause beeing passed in levels by players, which do "nothing".
this has nothing to do with envy, its just simple "unfair".
so what will happen?
possibility1: are we high-exp-needers beeing adjusted to the low-exp-system, so, if i join next
the server, i was pushed from 184 to 243 (only example) ???
my opinion, this just would be fair. we finally become the exp, to buy the things which others have long time for "doing nothing"
possibility2: are low-exp-needers degraded to the high-exp-system?
so, my opinion: this would be fair too! (or something what have to do with justice, just dont know how to say...)
but here we, or better the degraded ones, have a problem. if a level 210-player was degraded to
150 (or what ever, just examples for better understandings), HE HAVE TO LOSE STATS! which are just used to buy all needed things to be that player, which they are in moment (what isnt true cause they didnt do that much like many others! [another problem: yes they do much. NOW. cause they are full with all needed things which they wouldnt have with playing in the high-exp-system!])
possibilty3: a complete reset to level 1
so all have same conditions then....
last one would be hard but better, than beeing [deleted] of players, who do "nothing", or beeing [deleted] cause of beeing degraded and need to play the right and correct double time.
what ever, we need a fair solution or compromise, with which all can life.
any other ideas?
