a new skin...

Skin City just doesn't seem to have what I am looking for. Then again, I am not really sure WHAT I am looking for. I am moving away from the Gargoyle skin so nobody confuses DTE and myself, and have been using one of the "stock" skins, but want to move on to a custom one. Here are some ideas of what I am looking for, if anyone knows where I can find them, please let me know:

Ichigo Kurosaki (from Bleach)
Jiraiya (from Naruto)
Ryuk (from Death Note)
Jet Black (from Cowboy Bebop)

There was/is supposed to be a Naruto Mod for UT, but I can only find blogs on it, no DL files
